This great shot [see below] of Key West Island Gym's Pride Parade entry was taken by The Mad Paparazzi of Mark's List Media, LLC and lots of fun was had by all. Running and dancing the 2-3 mile parade route was a great cardiovascular - endurance workout. Truly a FUN workout.

On Sunday the 9th of June 2013 Key West Island Gym will participate in the Key West Pride Parade, one of the last [but certainly not the least] events of Key West Pride 2013.

This year we will have a colorful, comical & kooky parade entry with healthy gifts of fruit and other surprises distributed along the parade route.
Key West Pride 2013 is hosted by the Key West Business Guild and will take place from the 5th to the 9th of June all set on a tropical island that is legendary for it's laid back style and it's open and accepting atmosphere. See you there.

TOYS FOR TOTS 2012

During the month of December we at Key West Island Gym will be collecting all manner of sporting goods such as footballs, basketballs, baseballs and gloves, baseball bats, soccer balls, tennis racquets and tennis balls etc.

All sporting goods collected will be donated to Toys For Tots which will benefit kids throughout the Florida Keys and Key West and will help get their New Year off to a happy and healthy start.

Any toys or sporting goods may be dropped off at Key West Island Gym 1119 White Street here in Key West and will be very much appreciated by all. Happy Holidays everybody.

Tuesday the 23rd of October 2012 was the 30th anniversary of the Key West Business Guild's Legendary Headdress Ball Competition and Key West Island Gym was delighted to win first place and honored to win the "Peter Arnow Grand Prize".

On Tuesday October 23rd 2012 the Key West Business Guild will host the 30th annual Legendary Headdress Ball. This year the theme is Salacious Unveiling The End Of Time.

This party bursts with creativity and positive energy. It is an historic event which is filled with Key West  Razzle Dazzle.

Key West Island Gym once again looks forward to participating at the Headdress Ball. 

On this evening you will be entertained by many amazing headdress creations as well as by local musical talent and also some of the most talented drag queens in Key West.

Everybody should experience the Key West Business Guild's Legendary Headdress Ball at least once in their lifetime. Look forward to seeing you there in one form or another.

This special event which happens during the Poker Run is held at the legendary Schooner Wharf Bar in the historic seaport area of Key West.

Pridefest Key West is a 5 day event all set on a tropical island

that is legendary for it's laid back style and it's open and accepting

atmosphere. Pridefest celebrates and promotes equality understanding

diversity and freedom.

Combining strength, endurance, flexibility and a lot of fun in 90 degree heat our walking group made it to the finish line. Yet another wonderful day celebrating equality, diversity, freedom, and fitness in Key West, Florida.

Key West Island Gym was delighted to be chosen as most creative entry again this year.

Our theme for this years parade is "Carnival fosters Unity" and the leading costume in our group is titled, "Better The Devil You Know"
