Members of Key West Island Gym are always looking for new ways to keep their workouts feeling brand new. Fitness training at the gym is always convenient as it fits easily into anybodies schedule but it sometimes needs to be supplemented with an outdoor activity just to keep things fresh and to also add some cross training into your fitness routine. Running, walking, biking, and swimming are some of the many options available to us in Key West and the Florida Keys.

The basic skills required can be learned in a day or less and you will be so busy having fun you will be unaware you are getting a great workout.
